Anas Nada is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice, bringing over seven years of post-qualification experience advising and representing local, regional, and multinational clients in complex, high-value disputes. Since commencing his legal career in 2019, Anas has developed a robust and versatile practice centered on litigation, financial and economic crimes, and strategic dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions, particularly Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
Anas is recognized for his ability to navigate sophisticated legal and commercial challenges with precision, commercial awareness, and a results-driven approach. His cross-border professional exposure has equipped him with a strong regional perspective and a nuanced understanding of the legal, regulatory, and procedural frameworks governing disputes in the Middle East.
His practice encompasses advising and representing multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, technology, real estate, construction, healthcare, and other regulated industries. Anas routinely handles complex commercial and civil litigation, construction and infrastructure disputes, labor and employment claims, as well as financial, economic, and tax-related matters before courts and competent authorities.
Anas has extensive experience managing disputes at all stages of proceedings, from pre-litigation strategy and risk assessment through trial and enforcement. He is particularly adept at developing tailored litigation strategies that align legal objectives with broader commercial considerations, ensuring that clients’ interests are protected efficiently and pragmatically.
In addition to his contentious practice, Anas has a distinguished record in alternative dispute resolution and negotiated settlements. He has played a pivotal role in resolving multiple high-value disputes through negotiation and conciliation, including contributing significantly to the successful settlement of a landmark construction dispute exceeding one billion in value. This matter was concluded amicably without recourse to arbitration or litigation, preserving the client’s commercial position and long-term business relationships while achieving a highly favorable outcome.
Alongside his dispute resolution work, Anas has substantial experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation. He regularly advises clients on a wide spectrum of agreements, including real estate, construction, and complex commercial contracts. His advisory work focuses on risk allocation, enforceability, dispute-prevention mechanisms, and alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
